My calories and carbs low were all day, stable before bed and most days to be fair.

Apart from this, I've gotten into this habit where I wake up 1 or 2am, I'm not low or down trending - just ravenously hungry 😕😕😕.....

I go to the cupboard, half asleep, and eat snacks and whatever is there before falling asleep before taking insulin.

And then have a rollercoaster up and down morning and then tired and feeling stupid for the rest of the day....

When I say calories low, I mean about - 500 deficit and a decent amount of protein, so not crazy enough to be THAT hungry. Obviously eating snacks blows that deficit anyway, so whats the point!

Does anyone experience anything like this?

I'm type 3c not type 1, I don't take enzymes, in the UK I'm pretty much treated as T1.
