I have an intermittent issue making it difficult to diagnose.

9 out of 10 times starts up perfectly. No hesitation.

Randomly it takes a extra second to crank. Now to be clear when I turn the key to start nothing happens for a second and then starts up fine.

Battery is good, along with wires and grounds all cleaned and checked. Starter is relatively new. Nss is new. Will be replacing relay.

Any ideas, thanks
