VPS feels unreliable lately or am I just picking bad providers?

I don’t know if it’s just me but every VPS I’ve used recently starts off really fast then after a while performance just feels inconsistent. First few days it’s great fast boot, smooth response, no issues. Then later I start noticing random lag slower database response sometimes CPU just doesn’t feel consistent anymore.

I’m only running a few WordPress sites and a small backend API, nothing heavy. Not sure if I’m just choosing bad providers or if VPS hosting is generally getting more oversold these days.

Anyone else dealing with this or found a setup that actually stays stable long term?

I swear every kids drawing app is just tapping colors and adding stickers lol. My daughter wants to actually draw her own characters and stories but loses interest pretty quick. Anybody know one that’s more like real drawing without being too complicated?

They raised their prices just as i was looking for a product onboarding tool. I went through the demo and everything... then bam, prices all went up like 30%. Just curious about alternatives. Yes, I can code, but no, I don't want to maintain product tours and tooltips in my app, particularly if I hand it off to a less technical person.

What do you guys think? From what I'm gathering, this is the universe:

Chameleon: most well-rounded feature set, but also has a big price tag. Love the design features. I've emailed them to see if they can do better on pricing.

Appcues: best for mobile, but also a fairly big price tag. Don't know much more about it.

Hopscotch: easy to use and affordable ($99/mo) but lacks a knowledge base, which is one thing I wanted from productfruits
