Hey everyone, we’re looking to join the Tesla club and on Friday we test drove a mint 2021(?) M3 SR+ 30,000 miles for £18k. It’s advertised as a 2021 SR+ but the manuf date is Mar 2022, the VIN says it has the LFT battery and is a 2022 (10th character is an N), and the reg plate is 22… all of which I assume makes it a 2022, not 2021? If so, does that make it a RWD not SR+?
Dealer says it has the Ryzen chip but I didn’t get round to checking myself - the tablet certainly felt responsive but I don’t know what the Intel is like to compare against.
Would rather pay less for a 50-70,000 miler, but not sure I have the time these days to faff around looking for the perfect car. 30,000 miles gives us loads of warranty headspace for 3-4 years, and other dealers are pushing similar figures for 21 models.
Dealer isn’t open today to answer questions so I thought I’d ask here if the info I have makes it a 2021 or 22. Beyond that, I guess it should come with 2 key cards, battery health certificate and cable?
Anything I’ve missed?
Thanks all
