My current partner and I live overseas away from his family.
He was married and has 2 kids of his own from that relationship.
His family doesn’t acknowledge me or ask him about me (we’ve met once in the past 2 years). He says they do care (honestly they don’t gaf).
As a guy, what are your thoughts on this?

I am about 2-3 months in with my cofounder.

She doesn’t deliver on things she takes the lead on + doesn’t ship fast + I have to do a lot of hand holding (which doesn’t allow me to move fast because I’m spending time teaching her to support on tasks).

She’s a great person, but it’s just not working.

What would you guys do? And if you had to let her go, how would you do it?
