12 DPO insight & letrozole question

12 DPO insight & letrozole question

After my first cycle of letrozole (5MG), which caused me to ovulate on CD20 (April 28th), I’m officially 12 DPO today. If I still ovulated late at CD20, does that normally mean the next dose (ie. 7.5) is usually recommended?

I’m too afraid to take a pregnancy test today because my Mira readings & temperature readings are trending downwards… the combination of the two doesn’t look good, right?

Hi all! I’m CD23 (May 1) of my cycle and I think I ovulated CD20 (April 28th). For the first time ever, I took 5mg letrozole this cycle because I had an anovulatory cycle in December & March.

My temperature has had 3 consistent high levels.
My PdG was going up, but today it dropped.

I immediately felt sick to my stomach thinking I haven’t ovulated, and CHATGPT is telling me I haven’t ovulated, but reading through the MIRA Reddit tells me I’m likely prematurely panicking about this and need to wait it out a little longer to see a PDG rise.

In addition to Mira I use Natural Cycles, Oura, and PreMom app (to keep track of LH strips).

Do I need to wait longer to see if my PdG rises before I panic? Ie. 8DPO?

Note: My doctor asked me to test my progesterone via blood on CD21 of my cycle, but she predicted I’d ovulate between CD12-14 (she was wrong). So i haven’t done that yet, but can today or tomorrow. Just think it also may be too early on that front too?
