Confused low hormone levels

This is my first use of Mira. My period is irregular 35/45days. Last month was 43 days. I used clearblue advanced digital for 6/7 months still using it. Usually it was right except last month then I decided to use Mira. Looking at hormone levels they are very low. Surprisingly yesterday evening i got peak fertility with clearblue but when I used Mira, Lh showed 4.6 and today morning it went down 3.2… very confused what’s happening. Am i infertile??? I did a blood test for progesterone (after 7 days of ovulation) 2 months ago which showed 40 nmol/L. Really don’t know what to do? 7 months into TTC journey now.

Testing on period?

I recently purchased a Mira and have the ultra wands. Do you test while on your period? Does it affect the results? I don’t use tampons or menstrual cups, so the urine sample would be contaminated with blood yet the Mira is telling me it’s important to test while on my period.

I’m now day 4 of my period and thought it would be ok to test but it’s still quite heavy

Question - which might be really silly 🙈

Hi all

I’m new to the Mira. I’ve just done my trigger shot, can I still continue testing with Mira or does the shot skew the results? Sorry if this sounds ridiculous I really can’t find any answers anywhere. Thank you

10 DPO

Pdg is trending downward but still above baseline?? Temp was also still up this morning. Feeling discouraged but trying to remain hopeful 😩🤞🏼

Cautiously Hopeful

I KNOW Mira can’t predict pregnancy, but feeling hopeful about my chart. Will test in next day or two! 🤞

Wands

Has anyone else had this happen? I was previously using the Ultra4 wands (orange) and then ran out so I purchased the Max (purple) ones. My results with the max seem to be so low and very inconsistent. Maybe it’s this cycle but with the Ultra4 it was pretty consistent and seemed to be much higher.

Concerned about low levels and ovulation

Hello everyone! I'm new here. This is my second time using Mira to track my hormones and confirm ovulation. I'm a little worried and stressed about my levels because they're so low. After scrolling a bit here I can't help but compare it to everyone else's levels. I guess I'm asking if there's any chance I might ovulate this cycle. Currently ttc. Any help/advice is welcomed.

10DPO - Positive

This is my 6th cycle and for the first time I stopped testing after ovulation for some sanity. I was starting to worry because I fell pregnant with my first child at first try. As I am 35, my gynae prescribed letrozol to help speed things up, but we decided to try without the medication first as my period was regular and I knew I was ovulating each month through consistent testing using Mira.

Just sharing some joy.

Issues activating account and reaching support team

I’m trying to activate my account but it isn’t working (even after I click the account activation link sent to my email). I also have not been able to contact the support team to get help with this (the contact support button on the website toggles and takes you back to the homepage). Has anyone else experienced account issues and had luck contacting the support team for help? I bought the Mira kit and will be pretty bummed if I can’t even log into an account to use it.

How to contact customer support? (beyond their AI chatbot)

Has anyone had success in contacting support? I just had a five minute, repetitive ~conversation~ with AI. It says a support agent is joining the chat, but that was over 6 hours ago.
