Edit: The consensus seems to be that the power supply wattage was too low and 2 sticks of 32GB ram is better. Here's the adjusted build. Thanks for all the help! If anyone still has advice or opinions to share I will still read it.

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
2x Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory (4 sticks total)
Asus TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 5080 16 GB Video Card
Planning to upgrade my pc, which at this point is about amounting to buying a whole new PC. I also have a new case and power supply picked out but I figured they aren't relevant for determining if there's a weak link. I also already have a CPU cooler, SSD, a 10 TB Hard Drive, and a 2 TB Hard Drive(taken from an old prebuilt). I've only ever had intel CPUs so I don't know a lot about AMD.
This is only my second time building a PC and the first time I rly winged it which led to some avoidable mistakes. Opinions or advice are appreciated.
