I have a plan that allows me to replace my phone every two years. Unfortunately, my Z-Flip phone's secondary screen (the smaller one that is on the outside when it is folded) is cracked and has a distorted band on it due to a drop. The rest of the phone is in good condition, including the main screen, which hardly has a scratch. Can I trade it in? It says they do not accept broken screens, but I don't know if that applies to both screens. When I tried to see what they would give me for a phone in bad condition they only had the option for specifically a broken main screen.

If the broken does prevent trade in, would replacing it and trading it in then work?
