I posted here before and took your advice into account:
-Been doing scapular pull ups regularly
-Trying to be explosive
-Arching back a bit
-proud chest
Movement does feel right, and from this angle you cant see how arched my back is. Im trying to maintain proud chest but from the back, it still seems like my upper traps are very uptight and unnecessarily shrugging at top?
And i am not sure if I am engaging lats.
Also, i did my first unassisted pull up with neutral grip today, after this session :) so maybe i am doing something right
