I’m really hoping a lot for the upcoming death battle. I want this to be so so much like Bowsegg but this time without that toxicity from the fanbases.
Based on my knowledge of Hyper Light Drifter, which is... a decent amount or a little, the disease in Hyper Light Drifter works like this:
For a person to get the disease, they must have a connection to the Immortal Cell. The disease is widely believed to be an unintended side effect of the creation of the Perfect Immortal Cell. People become infected when they interact with or are exposed to the "Hyper Light" energy remnants that power this ancient machine, aka the Immortal Cell, which is the same energy that also resides in the Hyper Light technology.
Drifters are people who usually contract the disease because they are often exposed to Hyper Light technology and are often injured by it, making them more susceptible to its effects.
I might be very wrong about this, mainly because I haven't interacted with the Hyper Light Drifter community in a while and am a bit out of tune with the Hyper Light Drifter lore.
So now that beheaded is a gold statue, does that mean that while he is turned to gold, he is constantly being killed by judgment?
