Hello everyone. I feel like I have no other choice than to ask on here for help. I have watched a lot of YouTube videos and internet pages but can’t figure out the solution.
I know that by turning the valves water is supposed to come in and increase the pressure to normal levels which would resolve the problem. I tried doing that, first by turning the red valve counter clockwise on the top (which is highlighted) in the pic. And then by turning the other red valve counterclockwise (on the pic it’s the one below also highlighted with a circle).
When I turn the second one I hear water noise immediately so i don’t fully turn it. On the screen of the boiler the pressure doesn’t go up and it doesn’t turn back on as with other videos on YouTube. I have tried a couple of times, letting the water noise go for about 10-40 seconds each time.
I have also turned the boiler on and off a couple of times since this happened. One time for at least 30 minutes it was off.

I am scared to let it go since in other YouTube videos it’s usually quick? Any tips? Thank you for the help already.
