So I got a switch 2 pro controller back in February, and it’s worked pretty well, but then randomly when I just pressed the left stick I heard a tear sound and ever since when I move the analog downwards, it has a weird kind of like rocky feel to it, you no longer feels buttery smooth. it works and has no drift, but it really bothers me when I play 3-D games, is there any way to contact Nintendo to fix this?
