I am relocating to the Chicago area from Milwaukee and have been trying to find an apartment for months. Actually, I have found SO many apartments but cannot seem to get a response from property management/landlords. I’m looking for the following:

MOVE IN JUNE 1st!!!! 2bed 1bath under $2250 | Min 800sqft (but negotiable depending on layout) | Dog friendly (he is like 50ish lbs) | Must have in unit laundry (non-negotiable) | Within a 20 min drive from the central downtown area, north of Eisenhower Expy | Would like to stay south of Rogers Park but at this point I am willing to look at anything | Utilities included would be nice | Parking not required but a location with at least available street parking would be a plus

If anyone has recommendations on responsive management companies or a sublease that needs to be taken over immediately, drop it below please 🙏 I meet income and credit guidelines across the board.
