I noticed these red bumps a couple of days after getting braids

So I got hip-length knotless braids, and the last time I had braids, three years ago, I lost my edges, but they grew back quickly. I had the same red bumps last time, except I would pick at my edges. I'm a bit worried because it happened again when I tied my hair up all the time. I need some help because I'm not sure what to do. I don't feel any itchiness at the moment
