I’ve been running for about five months. After a while, I increased the intensity of my sessions quite a bit, and then I started feeling pain in my left knee. The pain persists even after 2 days when I step down the stairs. It has gotten to the point where I can’t even run 1 km anymore, and it also hurts when I walk for longer periods. What should I do?
