I have been making my main melodies in Logic because I like the instruments but when I export my pianos to a WAV file in order to move it into Ableton they sound choppy even though BPM are the same. Any advice one exporting my audio files to another DAW?

I have a Mac Intel. Using Ableton 12 Lite. Brand new external hard drive that's a Seagate One touch 2tb hdd. I've done this before in Ableton Live 9 Suite on same computer I'm using now with a cheap old personally made external drive in 2015 so I know I should be able to with this one. I dragged Kontakt 8 instrument library into the new external and deleted it from my computer but it won't open.

Looking to buy one for Ableton. I own quite a few Grand piano plugins but not really satisfied with these ones.

I can't use Logic Pro for beat production. I normally learn a DAW instantly and always have to relearn Logic unless for recording vocals but the piano presets for Logic beat every piano vst I own even though I own like 7 of them. I produce in Ableton but I need to make all my pianos now in Logic and transfer it over to Ableton somehow. Id have to read a manual just to learn how to export with Logic and then I have to relearn how to do just that again everytime. Best way to do this?
