I have had a problem with lying recently, and hurt my partner over it. She has been very patient with me and i would like advice for how i can mend this, and how i should improve this part of myself

I already have good drumming earplugs, and apologies for asking this on this sub but would anyone know of any that would help me at my job. I work at a loud and busy coffee shop, and was wondering if anyone would happen to know of some earplugs which would mute noise and help so i can still hear people, without being too overwhelmed by the loud noises.
