So I've just turned 18 a week ago and over thr past let's say a month or so I've noticed that I'm 5'6. I've been stuck on 5'5 since late 2023 so im not sure really. I do shrink back to 5'5 throughout the day but when I wake up I'm 5'6. Now it just be spine decompression, but I've been doing spine decompression (hanging for 1min 3 times a day) and sleeping well and i was never 5'6. I also have felt a lot more aches/pains in my shins over the same period. Idk really, am just growing?
