Anyone else feel like other people use our BPD to gaslight us?
I've noticed that people like to blame my BPD for their bad behavior.
Example: Father forgets birthday. It makes you sad. Father gets mad that you're bummed and blames it on your BPD.
"You know how emotional you are..."
That kind of thing. And you're just voicing an opinion in a normal tone.
Is this a common experience?
