Istarted growing a year ago and finally decided to start osyters in bags two month ago
I inoculated the grain the 11 of mars and transfer the fully colonised grain on hydrated Wood pellets the 18 of april (38 days)
i have 4 bags that i shaked and mixed one Time around 30 or 40% of visible colonisation
Since 8 or 9 days it seem that the growth slowed a lot, day before yesterday i decided to shake and mix two of them to see if it helps, since then practically no mycelium have shown in those two
Here are photos of the two that havent been mixed (3 photo per bags and a photo of the place they incubate)
The room is at 23 degrees celcius almost permanently, the four bags are in a clear tub, maybe too huddled together, and i hang a sheet to the ceiling that prevent direct light but lets a Little bit of indirect light enter
What do you think ? Any advices would help
