Ordered a “SuperYou” stainless steel shaker and got this joke.
The product itself feels very cheap thin metal, not sturdy at all. But the most disappointing part is the branding… it’s literally just a sticker slapped on. Not printed or engraved, just a sticker that already looks like it’ll peel off after a few washes.
I decided to return it, but here’s the best part, the customer care number isn’t even responding. No way to reach them, no support, nothing.
At this point it just feels like a low-quality product with zero after-sales service. I was actually planning to order their protein powder next… but yeah, not happening anymore after this
Has anyone else dealt with this brand? Were you able to get a refund or contact support somehow?
