Suggestions that check these boxes?

I wear a Garmin as I like wearing one device and having a watch. That being said, I am not a runner and actually want something more for wellness and recovery. I feel like my Garmin tracks my vitals well - HRV, RHR, Vo2, respiration, temp, etc.

Garmin Connect+ is pretty weak for AI data interpretation, so I have been messing with Bevel and Sonar Health for data interpretation. My ideal wearable would do the following:

  • Track sleep well - my Garmin vitals seem accurate, but my sleep score and body battery don't seem trustworthy. I know consensus is other brands track sleep better.
  • Vibrating smart alarm - my Garmin has a smart wake, but it only vibrates when I roll over and doesn't seem to be based off my sleep stage.
  • Strong lifestyle logging with actionable feedback - I can track things in Garmin, but I want feedback on how my workouts are helping/hurting my sleep and recovery. I only have time to work out in the evenings and wan to find the sweet spot for doing enough but not too much. I also would like to look more at the impact of what I eat and when I eat it.
  • Anything that helps decide on load/exertion for strength training vs only focusing on running stats.

The Helio strap I've tried seems to read just like my Garmin - no reason to wear both. I don't like the Zepp app and the feedback offered is very limited. I thought I wanted a Whoop, but the subscription model is a no. It sounds like paying $100 a year for Bevel might make my Garmin easier to use for this purpose, but the Fit Bit air is $99 and has three months of premium, which might give me the insights I need? The con there is I would be wearing a watch and a band (but the band looks to be way smaller than a Whoop or Helio strap). Maybe wearing a Fit Bit air on my right wrist would look more like a small bracelet anyways?

Thanks!

Nutrition data from Zepp not showing?

Looks like Sonar is checked for nutrition from Garmin Connect and Zepp. However, no nutrition data ever shows up. My other wearable data is working fine, I think. Any ideas? I have Apple Health turned off.

I had a Garmin Instinct 3 Tactical 45mm that was working great, but the window was noticeably out of alignment. I was sent a replacement, which has a more aligned window. I've worn it two nights and have noticed it isn't tracking as well as the original.

For example, my stress and body battery are way off to what I normally have/feel. My HRV and RHR are "normal" for me. My sleep score is off...it misread my first hour of sleep on night one, and said I was awake half an hour last night (I definitely wasn't).

I guess I am looking for some reassurance that I didn't make a mistake by sending my misaligned I3 with accurate data with one that is aligned but inaccuarte?

I have a Helio strap I am wearing at the same time to compare HR and sleep data, so I feel like I can quantify that the new I3 has been "off" the first 48 hours. I am hoping things level out over the weekend and I can stop wearing the Helio.

Thanks!

Widget not working on iOS

My iPhone updates and note my home screen widget says I have to log in. It won’t show my scores like normal. I updated the app and restarted my phone.

The fact I put a mark in the bezel doesn’t bother me. The fact it is the metal and I have a shiny white mark does. Any way to permanently touch up? I am fine that it marked the corner. I just want to make it black. Thanks!
