Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well

I’m having an internet connectivity issue with my Formentor (2026). The globe icon in the top-right corner is greyed out, and I can’t update the car’s location or use any other features in the MyCupra app. Yesterday I went on a longer trip and used CarPlay via cable because my phone got very hot. Since then (not exactly at the moment I plugged it in), the car’s internet connection has stopped working. I’ve already tried turning the infotainment system off and on, as well as restarting the eSIM, but no luck so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this something I can fix myself, or should I have the dealer take a look?
