I've been using Circadia in my treatment room for years, and lately I find that I am no longer really aligned with the direction the brand seems to be going.
I'm looking to branch out and use other lines in my treatment room and also retail.
Part of my ideology is to only use brands that are independently owned, so I'm looking into smaller brands. Does anyone have any indie brands that they love?
I've been looking into Orska, Tuel, and Sorella Apothecary. I'd love to hear anyone's experiences with those brands or any other smaller, independent brand recommendations!

I've been on the estrogen patch for about a year, increased my dosage after I had a hysterectomy in December (I still have my ovaries). Yesterday was my day to change my patch, I took my patch off in the shower in the morning and never put a new one on. All day yesterday I felt so tired it was painful to be awake, I've had brain fog, I can't focus, I woke up today with body aches and can't even do the workout routine I do every morning. I feel like I'm just wandering around in a daze, too tired to move.
Could this be from just 24 hours without the estrogen patch?

I have a VERY picky 12 year old with celiac disease. Our go-to for safe takeout when I don't have time to make dinner is Ole Ole. They have corn tortillas, will clean off the grill so as not to cross contaminate and it's 2 minutes from our house. Unfortunately, they're closed Sunday-Monday.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a back up? Just an inexpensive taqueria where my kid can get rice and beans and corn tortillas? Preferably in the Buckman/Kerns area?
