England - My mother in law passed away 2 months ago. She had no will, was a widow and my husband was her only living child. I discovered by accident that my husband is due to come into a bit of money from her pension. Iv no idea on the exact amount but I know it is over £6 but under £16k. What do i do regarding universal credit. My husband will not discuss this, tell me the amounts or anything. I also will not have any access to this money. There was a smaller amount that came from her account but some of that has been used for removals, tip runs, fuel and clearing out her home.
