Okay so I’ll try to keep this short. I love everything about hand stitching. I do have a machine as well that I’ve recently used 3 times to finish an apron that I made in a class. First time making anything.
I do however love stitching fabrics together. I took another class, a hand stitching one and made hexagons to make a trinket basket (about 8 hexagons) it had two pieces of fabric one on top batting in the middle and a larger hexagon to cover the smaller one. Now my question is …. What else can I do that is like this?? I love bringing the pieces together and just stitching them closed but I want to be able to do something with them.
Could I quilt them? And how many more extra steps are we talking about now?
