Naga v2 Hyperspeed alternative?

What are comparable wireless options these days? Reason I'm asking is I'll not be using it for gaming but for daily mundane use, 12 side-buttons with macros when browsing and using apps.
Naga v2 Hyperspeed is $65 on Amazon. My budget is ~$120.
I've been using a laptop trackpad for the past 3 years due to limited space and constant travel.

*Had the wired Naga V1 Pro in 2022. Logitech G9x and G9 before that. Need wireless.

I wear glasses and having astigmatism. Been putting off getting any type of VR setup all these years.

I understand that for a PC-build, price of RAM and most hardware has gone through the roof.

How much a GOOD setup cost today, 2026.

Is the meta quest 3 comparable?

*also, my current "pc" is a POS laptop I purchased for $200 CAD five years ago, time to upgrade to a desktop again.

**please be kind, I've literally closed off my brain to VR related news all this time. *smile*
