I am changing my motherboard, cpu and installing an m.2 ssd but im keeping my old SATA ssd in. Is there anything i need to do on my pc before i swich them?

I just updated my BIOS and now its asking for a BitLocker recovery key, which i dont have. I didnt save it anywhere and its not on my microsoft account. What do i do?
