I am a us 10.5 with flat feet.

This is a 43, feels like my exact length but when i walk my toes hit over the edge sometimes, also the arch hurts my foot each time.

Idk if these are break in issues or I need to size up to 44? I'm concerned that 44 might look too long.

Or am i just in between sizes and should avoid birks?
