I can’t decide which pair I like better but can’t keep both. I’d love opinions if you have one!

Hello, this is my first time buying Birkenstocks and I wanted feedback on sizing. I went in store to try on different sizes, but they only had soft foot beds so I ordered mine online. I am wearing a 37 and I am standing in all the photos. In store I had a really hard time determining my which size I should get. Also, the straps are a bit loose so I was wondering if it’s normal to make my own holes to make them tighter?

I brought these off Vinted and unsure if real any help is great thanks!

These are the narrow 41’s and here is how it looks:

Before buying these I bought the normal 42’s but they had way too much space at the back so I had to size down but the problem is I couldn’t find any normal 41’s so I bought the narrow ones.

After spending most of my life as a size 8, I recently got my feet measured and it turns out I am a size 7 1/2. I just purchased the sandals in a 38, and when I’m walking my toes hit the front bar. Should I size up?

If you were me would you size up? I’m not sure if my back strap is too tight on my Milanos or if my feet are too big for size 46. These are the regular/wide version. Only my 3rd and 4th toes touch the toe rail.

Any feedback is welcome

I saw a post today showing how much these shoes can shrink as they curl/form to your feet so now I’m thinking I need to size up.
