Screen stretching resolution ..?

I know alot of people say that making a 3ds run ds hardware causes black boxes on the top screen because filling it will cause the resolution to be stretched and not look right. But I just realized the bottom screens never have that issue regardless of the games gen. And the 3ds bottoms screen is larger the BOTH ds screens. Anyone know why lol not saying its not true bc ive seen images but like why would the bottom screens never stay unaffected.

Edit: my fault not resolution but aspect ratio, although id assume those quick to critique woulda have figured that i meant that…

Lowkey rant but I mean kinda like the main thing says. Ive been wanting to quit so bad but with 50+ pto and sick hours respectively kinda dont want them to go to waste. I would ask my asm but I dont think shes keen on me leaving and will try to push me to just go on loa temporarily. But Starbucks has been so ass recently I genuinely see no point in being here unless your life depends on these checks. Ive been here for about 4.5-5.5 years and it’s gone completely downhill since the new ceo. Ima shift so they pay is alright but definitely not enough for me to stay especially with (excuse my language) a dog shit store manager and useless district manager who only comes to shit on my staff. Anyway I wont go on anymore but i just wanna know how to “legally” use up all my pto before just crashing out and putting my two weeks in, yk optimizing the situation ig☝🏽🤓

Also i wouldnt mind asking for a raise instead BUT a major part of me being here so long is that even tho ive been at 2 stores and pick up shifts at other stores (in the sense if I wanted just a change of scenery ik where I am the most comfortable with their staff) a large part of me staying was the connections and friends ive made. And i dont feel like doing it still especially where now i hate the job itself yk?
