How many apartment viewings are reasonable?
I am leaving Switzerland in end of June, and therefore cancelled my rental agreement. The housing company asked me to do 2-3 viewings, which I did and had around 50 people pass by altogether. Then they asked me to do another. And then another. And now they are asking me again to do 2 more less than 24 hours after the last one.
I've had around 70 people looking at the apartment all expressing high interest, and the housing company is telling me they only found 2 suitable tenants, who unfortunately chose another apartment.
I'm pretty introverted, and the apartments pretty big so it takes time and effort not only to clean and put things away, but it's also pretty straining to keep having strangers running around in the home I still live in.
So how many viewings is it reasonable that i host?
The apartment is located in a suburb outside of Zurich, 3 rooms, and less than 2k if it matters.
