Protein question

So, question as a reformed keto/carnivore bro going plant-based: what is up with the differences in protein percentages on certain foods. When I ate meat, the %DV of protein was always double the grams of protein, but on plant based substitutes, the %DV of protein varies wildly depending on what it is. Why is this?

Window screens

At my house I have fixed window screens; they're all in one piece and can be removed, but if I have a single window and want to put in a window air conditioner, the whole screen has to come out. I have tried finding a replacement that are adjustable, but the only ones I'm finding are the ones that are for when the window is open slightly and you put in, but it's not permanently attached. Any idea where I can find these, or possibly buy a frame kit?

A2E Frustrations

So, this is my A2E conversion. Jobecky triggers with Lemon cymbals and an eDrumin 12 which replaced my DDti going to a dedicated PC tower running SD3.

I'm running into two primary issues currently:

  1. Snare triggering. If the threshold is too low, I get multiple hits registering per strike, and if I increase the threshold far enough to eliminate the triggering issue, I can't do rolls.

  2. Latency. I go straight from the eDrumin 12 to the computer via USB, but there's always just a bit of a delay, and I haven't been able to find any settings to adjust and in just getting frustrated at this point.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Last week, I was doing yard work and had the "brilliant" idea of using my leaf blower to clean up the end of my driveway. About 2 or 3 minutes in I realized how much dirt and debris I was kicking up and wasn't wearing a mask.

I didn't have any immediate issues or sickness from it, and I haven't had any breathing issues which is shocking to me because I have asthma, but my esophagus is hella angry with me (feels like when I had strep). Occasionally, when I cough I get a sharp pain in the center of my chest, which isn't often, but otherwise I feel okay. No phlegm or infection year as I can tell. Everything I've read ranges from you're fine to you could possibly die in 6 months, and I'm on the fence of going to the walk-in.

Thoughts?
