Does anyone else's phone white wash their skin tone?

I use the OnePlus 15R

The 1st photo was taken with the front camera and the 2nd was taken with an iphone camera.

Maybe the difference isn't so bad in this case but in multiple photos I take using the phone my skintone appears 5 shades lighter. 🫤 Same goes for back camera too but the back camera is still somewhat better.

I've noticed in all the photos I take using the front camera of my phone, it seems to white wash me and blur the shit out of my skin. My mom uses an iPhone and I've noticed my skintone looks a lot more accurate to real life on her camera.

Is there a setting I can adjust to get rid of this? The beauty filters are off yet it still does this. Does anyone else have the same problem?
