Got a quote and trying to sanity check if it’s competitive.

8.46kW system
18x Aiko 470W panels
Sigen 17.5kWh battery
Sigen 8kW inverter

Extras: includes Sigenergy gateway + EV charger (V2X capable), and in-roof mounting rather than on-roof.

I’m in rural Scotland where power cuts are fairly frequent, so part of the reason for the larger battery + full system (gateway/backup etc.) is resilience as much as savings.

Does this look reasonable for the spec, or am I overpaying?
