Should I upgrade the PC or the Max moves of my pokemon first?
I have a 2062 Dynamax excadrill and 223 candies, I've already unlocked every dynamax move at level 1. I don’t know if I should level up my pokemon (to around 3000 cp) or just leave it at 2000 but with upgraded moves. What do you recommend?
