Can i go from Bachelors in EE from Fast to a Master in Mechanical from Nust (apart fom Mechatronics), if yes then what's the process and requirenmets for it?

Basically, the weird backstory behind it is that I went for a bachelor's in EE thinking it was cool even though i always wanted to go into into Mech but didn't because of the job market for Mechanical majors but now i'm three years deep into my bachelors in EE and lowk struggling. I don't feel really connected with this major, but mechanical still seems fun and i feel like my mind can perform critical thinking in projects in mechanical than it does in electrical fields as mechanical projects (especially automotive designing etc) always fascinated me. I really hope there's a way to got to a masters in MS and if someone can help with the requirenments and process then it would be really helpful :/
