I got an rx 9060 xt and went to put it in my tower when I got home today

Well, everything was going dandy until I went to turn it on.

Dram light is on and no display to my screen. Well I thought that was weird so I was just gonna plug in my 3060 and now my 3060 is doing the same thing and I cant seem to figure out why
