So back in march i ordered something from a seller and it said expected delivery april 7-20th. They provided a tracking number a few days after the purchase but it just said “label made” for a few weeks. i messaged the seller asking when it would be shipped out and got no response. i waited until the delivery window was over and sent a follow up message, still no response. I then opened a claim with ebay and after 5 days still nothing and so ebay refunded me. this morning i get a notification from ebay saying the package was out for delivery and now it just arrived, yet the tracking number has just shown “tracking not available” for the past few weeks and still does.
Do i just keep it? Would i get in trouble? The seller still wont answer any messages im just wondering if i should even bother opening it or if they would want me to return it. (i dont really have the funds at the moment to repay for it)
