I need a new pair of headphones for work, was given a budget but am having a hard time finding anything to my liking in this price range

Budget: $100

Needs to have:

-Over ear cups

-Decent ANC

-good microphone that can block out background noises/voices (I do have an nvidia GPU in my work PC so I could use that for this if compatible)

-I do enjoy a more bassy headphone for listening to music, but a good mod balance works well too

Please help! I'm not used to buying such cheap headphones (YouTube videos have not been super helpful) and they won't budge even $50 more, I have tried TIA!
