F29, 163cm - barbel squat form. Need help?
Hi! Im trying to incorporate barbels sa workout routine ko.
I saw somewhere na nagmention na if you have longer legs have an inclined platform to help sa proper form.
I tried without and with a platform.
San mas tama yung form? I was told na dapat yung knees nasa chest? Tapos near na sa floor yung pwet so maximise yung movement.
Tbh i feel same lang dalawa.
Once i feel comfortable sa form and movement and ill add weights :D
