Hi, I’m hoping someone can assist me with an issue I’ve been having with Peacock. I signed up for Xfinity back in January specifically because the plan included Peacock, but I’ve been unable to activate it since day one. Every time I tried, I received an error message saying “Something unexpected happened”.

Because of that ongoing issue, I was never actually able to use Peacock and now it appears the offer has expired. Is there any way someone can help me get access to it? The only reason I missed the window was due to the activation error on Peacock’s end.
