Hi everyone,
I’m currently learning German and I’m struggling mainly with understanding spoken German and speaking with confidence. I’m taking an A2 online course with Goethe-Institut, which I will finish in June.
My goal is to reach B1–B2 as soon as possible, because I live in Germany and I want to improve my chances on the job market.
Do you have any advice, resources, or methods that helped you improve listening and speaking effectively?
Also, do you think it is necessary to take official exams (e.g. Goethe-Zertifikat), or is a practical level of German enough to find a job?I would really appreciate any personal experiences or recommendations. Thank you!
