Trying to push me out?
My supervisor has always been pretty aggressive in their delivery. When I started there was a team of us maybe 4 they all left and left reviewed about this supervisor being a bully. A few months ago another new employee left because of said supervisor.
recently they were upset I asked for half the day off. When I arrived to the office they asked if I took a full PTO or what did I do? If I have any work or was I not busy? I was at work so how would I have taken a full day. I did mention this to our boss and asked them if they needed me to do work I could. they told me not to worry about my supervisor they were in a bad mood. My supervisor hadn’t spoken to me since.
Fast forward to today. I asked them a simple question and it turned into them stating something incorrect about me in a passive aggressive way.
I’ve been applying but haven’t landed anything. I’m fully remote now but willing to be hybrid to leave this environment
