Looking for a female flat mate for a fully furnished 3BHK flat in Sector 25, K block, DLF Phase 2 Gurgaon.
The flat is beautiful, comes with new furnishings and is located in a very good and safe locality with all amenities nearby (central arcade market, Uma Sanjivini hospital, MG road metro, Phase 2 parks, etc. all within 500 meter).
Rent + maintenance: 23850 per month
Security deposit: 43k (2 months rent)
Brokerage: 10k
Room: Furnished and has attached washroom
Other house expenses: we already have a maid and a cook (who cooks three meals) which costs around 4.5k per person per month. Wifi and everything else is already set up. All remaining household expenses are divided equally by 3 flatmates.
