recently while I was scrolling on ig. stumbled upon a reel about some young girls and boys defending antinatalism. the thing is people in the comments are strongly against it, and view it as weakness and running from responsibility, and some even started cursing and getting rage baited for nothing lol. not that I give a shit about their opinion but this just gave me a glimpse of what our society still views those people who‘ve chosen to be anti reproductive. as an antinatalist myself who gets pressed by family to have em. I think we should have some mindset shift around here and not continue to view having kids as a necessity.
