I have two offers from two private practices. One is owned by an OT and her husband, the other is a larger chain of clinics (Westside Children's Therapy). The chain offered me $5,000 more a year than the other, but I'm wary of the workload/productivity.

Has anyone worked for Westside Children's Therapy that can give me a candid review of your experience or have been in a similar situation?

With the state of the world and the financial struggle, I'm tempted to just take the higher paying one even if its not the best place to work.

Any advice would be welcome.
