I used to use my Outlook camera all the time to make quick videos to my clients. I loved being able to add background music, and I love the fact that there was not an attachment that my clients had to open in order to view my video.

Now, when I try to open the camera in Outlook, it just sits there thinking and doesn’t do anything. I have done everything recommended on Google. I even had our tech guy at the office come and he can’t figure it out either. Can anybody help me?
