Looking for advice. I was diagnosed with hashimotos last March by my PCP. My TSH, T3 T4 were normal but my TPO was 210 u/ml. I was prescribed low dose naltrexone, and was on 4.5 mg. I was also doing IVF for infertility reasons and had a successful transfer in November, I was pulled off the low dose naltrexone by my fertility dr. I miscarried at 8 weeks. I have not been back on low dose naltrexone since they pulled me off it. I was just diagnosed with endometriosis as well and my fertility dr ran my TPO antibodies again. I just got those results back and they were 1945 u/ml which is way higher than last year. Has anyone had that high of a level and not on thyroid meds? Or what symptoms do you have with levels that high?
